For Safety Shoes and Other PPE Products
At KINGS SAFETY, we aim to provide high-quality PPE products that meet safety and compliance standards. To ensure a smooth and transparent transaction, we have established the return and exchange policy below, aligned with standard practices across leading online platforms.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery provided that the product meets the following conditions:
Wrong Item Received
The item received is not the same as what was ordered (wrong model, size, or color).
2. Factory Defect
The product has a manufacturing defect that affects safety, function, or usability.
3. Damaged Item Upon Delivery
The item arrived damaged due to handling or logistics issues.
4. Size Exchange (for Safety Shoes only)
One-time size exchange is allowed if the item has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
To ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and hygiene protocols, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon receipt:
Used or worn Safety Shoes
Used PPE (hard hats, gloves, masks, earplugs, etc.)
Items with visible signs of use (creases, stains, scratches)
Items with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
Customized or special-order products
Products purchased on final sale, clearance, or promo bundles
3. Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be processed, the following must be met:
Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
Complete packaging is returned (box, tags, inserts, manuals)
Proof of purchase is provided (Order Number, Receipt, Delivery Note)
The return request is filed within the allowed return period.
Items failing to meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Return Process
Submit a Return Request
Contact us via our official channels or through the online platform where the item was purchased.
Provide clear photos and description of the item and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization
Our team will review your request.
Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be sent.
3. Shipping of Returned Item
Customer is responsible for returning the item unless the return is due to:

✓ Factory defect
✓ Damaged upon arrival
For size exchanges, shipping cost may be shouldered by the customer.
4. Inspection and Verification
Returned items undergo quality inspection.
Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 business days after item receipt.
5. Replacement or Refund
Replacement: shipped within 3 – 7 business days after approval.
Refund: processed based on the online platform’s refund procedures or via bank transfer for direct purchases.
5. Refund Guidelines
Refunds are issued only for eligible items.
Refund will follow the original payment method when applicable.
Processing time may vary depending on bank or platform policy.
6. Warranty
Some Safety Shoes and PPE products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage applies only to factory defects and does not cover:
Wear and tear
Misuse or mishandling
Exposure to harsh chemicals not suitable for the product
Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
